At MAXHEALTHY, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted for opened or partially used health supplements due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.

Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at koutun906@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
