Thank you for shopping at LumiaJoy.com. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


📦 1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Note: Due to the nature of our products (health and wellness supplements), opened or partially used items cannot be returned, except in cases of shipping error or damage.


🔁 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or consumed supplements

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted more than 50%

  • Orders delivered over 30 days ago


💳 3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will issue a full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • You will be notified via email once your refund is initiated

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.


📮 4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll send a free replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference


🌍 5. International Orders (Including Europe)

At this time, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. For orders delivered to Europe or other regions, please contact us at support@lumiajoy.com to review your case.


✉️ 6. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@lumiajoy.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.


🔒 7. First-Time Buyer Guarantee (Optional)

If this is your first order, and you're not satisfied with the results after consistent use, we may offer a store credit or partial refund. Please contact us to discuss your case. (Limit one per customer.)
