1. What material are your ceramic products made of?
Our ceramic pieces are made from high-quality natural clay, carefully fired and glazed for durability. We also use eco-conscious mineral pigments and lead-free glazes to ensure safety and sustainability.

2. Are ceramic products fragile?
Ceramics are durable for daily use, but they should be handled with care like any artisan-made item. Avoid strong impact or drops, and they’ll last beautifully for years.

3. Will they fit into any home style?
Yes! Our pieces are designed to blend modern dopamine color trends with timeless forms. Whether your style is minimal, eclectic, or vintage, there’s a piece that fits right in.

4. Do they have a smell?
No worries—our ceramics are odor-free! If there’s a slight earthy scent from packaging materials, simply let it air out for a moment.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no—we’re so sorry! If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a few photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

6. Can I return or exchange the item if I don’t like it?
We accept returns for unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please contact us before sending anything back.

7. What if I ordered the wrong color or style?
We get it—mistakes happen! If the item is unused and in original condition, we’ll gladly help with a return or exchange (within the return window). Just email us with your order details.

8. How do I request a refund?
If your item is damaged or not as described, email us your order number and photos. We’ll process your refund or send a replacement ASAP. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
